This one is a rare find! Lovely brand new three level home with quality finishing throughout. Hardwood floors, entertainment island in kitchen, granite counter tops, gas stove, gas fireplace and commercial fridge.

Love to be together? Love to cook and put on a meal? This very open plan allows for interactive conversations and participation from all family members and guests. The kitchen’s open plan continues outside to the exterior of the property where walls disappear into a private courtyard setting.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms including the master that has a deluxe en suite bath and walk in dressing room. Two adjacent bedrooms on the same level as the master allows tabs to be kept on youngsters. Third level up provides a variety of uses from office to playroom, nanny or guest quarters.  Lane access, detached double car garage and one short block from beach access and a minute walk to West 4th amenities.

Greetings! We are a family of 4 (children 11 and 14) who are interested in leasing a house like this, ideally starting between June and August (but can discuss a little before and after that if something was about to come up). Although we are from Vancouver we have been working abroad and in the US for 14 years and are returning to our Vancouver based firms. Having lived previously in the Kits-Point Grey vicinity we would love to move back into the area since we are very familiar with it and have friends close by. Our children will be attending schools on the West Side as well. This house would have been perfect-although I don’t know what the lease price is…Is it up for lease in the near future by chance or might you direct us to something else in the area? Thank you so much for any help.
