Kristin’s love of real estate likely started in her mother’s car growing up; hours were spent in the passenger seat attending appointments after school, showing homes on long weekends, and listening to her mom return an endless amount of phone calls. While she may have been complaining at the time, these moments have all contributed to her success in this industry.
Excited about promoting homes in the neighborhoods she grew up in, Kristin’s photo album is filled with pictures of skiing at Whistler, beachcombing at Ambleside and launching the boat at Cates Park. It’s a lifestyle she believes in and one she feels lucky to have enjoyed. A true Vancouverite, Kristin is passionate about helping other families find their own backyard on the North Shore.

Our resident expert on just about anything, Helen is a favorite among our trades’ people and we are certain one of the main reasons we enjoy a few gift baskets at Christmas! Matching Diana’s twenty years of experience, Helen has been a part of this team since the beginning. Responsible for the back end of the business, she has taken on every role possible whether that meant acting as an emergency responder to a surprise flood or trusted babysitter for Coree’s growing family.
Her compassion and care for our clients is unparalleled and often evident by her commitment to stay late into the evening and work those sunny Sundays. Eager to make everyone’s transition a bit smoother, Helen will now be sharing those skills with her son and the arrival of her new granddaughter!
SUMMER MANDER
The newest addition to the Mander Group, Summer has already proven her worth. Solely responsible for welcoming clients and monitoring unauthorized entry, she has taken both roles very seriously and is a very vocal part of the office. An enthusiast of North Shore dog trails, Summer is always willing to escort people to nearby parks and point out her picks for the best swimming spots. This excitement to help educate clients is overwhelming and only matched by her eagerness to have lunch.
Furthermore, while not specifically in charge of staff morale, her insistence on enjoying several walks throughout the day has become a key component to maintaining a cheerful work environment
