WE’RE SET TO REMIT all required Non-Resident Taxes monthly on your behalf.
OUR BOOKKEEPING TEAM is happy to assist non-residents and/or their accountant in the preparation of income estimate for NR6 application to reduce tax remittances if required. We will then file the NR6 Application on your behalf with International Tax Services.
ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK can be a pain, so let us take care of it on your behalf. We will provide an Annual Transaction Summary and Statement of Net Income based on these transactions. Our team’s also ready to provide a Taxation information slip at year end (NR4) so you’re set to go!
ALL BANKING PROCEDURES are included with rent being processed monthly and any debits (property taxes, annual utilities, etc.) made as per your instruction. We will then issue a monthly statement of property activity so you are always “in the loop”!
